Ana dilde e\u011fitim, \u00e7ok dilli toplumsal yap\u0131ya sahip \u00fclkelerde dahi son derece tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furan bir uygulamad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc okuldaki dil ile toplumun ortak ileti\u015fim dili farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funda bireyin toplumsal hayata kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi olumsuz etkilenmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye gibi tek resm\u00ee dile sahip ulus devletlerde e\u011fitimin ortak bir dil \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, toplumsal uyumun s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan elzemdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de son y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda farkl\u0131 dillerin \u00f6\u011fretimi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7e\u015fitli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda TRT 6\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, Baz\u0131 \u00fcniversitelerde K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin kurulmas\u0131, ilkokul ve ortaokullarda K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin se\u00e7meli ders olarak okutulmaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. Ancak burada dikkat edilmesi gereken as\u0131l konu, T\u00fcrkiye gibi kurucu unsur T\u00fcrkler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda farkl\u0131 etnik k\u00f6kenlerin bulundu\u011fu ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan farkl\u0131 milletlere mensup insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7men ya da vatanda\u015f olarak kabul edildi\u011fi bir co\u011frafyada; T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir dilde e\u011fitimin verilmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131 ne kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r? Bu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dclkemizin&nbsp; n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00e7e\u015fitlilik son y\u0131llarda daha da artm\u0131\u015f; ba\u015fta Araplar olmak \u00fczere Afgan ve Afrika k\u00f6kenli topluluklar\u0131n \u00fclkemize g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcyle yeni bir sosyolojik tablo ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fer bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt\u00e7e i\u00e7in devlet eliyle ana dilde e\u011fitim talebi g\u00fcndeme getiriliyorsa yar\u0131n Arap\u00e7a, Fars\u00e7a, Somalice gibi bir\u00e7ok dil i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 taleplerin olu\u015fmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir durum, ortak aidiyet ve milli birlik bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ciddi riskler do\u011furabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin dili, bayra\u011f\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc anayasada a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anayasa, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Devleti, \u00fclkesi ve milletiyle b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Dili T\u00fcrk\u00e7edir.\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fcyle, ortak kimli\u011fin ve millet olma bilincinin temel unsurunun ortak resm\u00ee dil olan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e oldu\u011funu vurgulamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAna dili\u201d kavram\u0131, \u00e7ocu\u011fun ailesinden ve do\u011fal \u00e7evresinden edindi\u011fi ilk dili ifade eder. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ana dil, devlet eliyle de\u011fil; ailenin do\u011fal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel aktar\u0131m\u0131yla nesilden nesile ta\u015f\u0131nan bir olgudur. Burada \u015fu nokta \u00f6zellikle vurgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r: Bir birey farkl\u0131 etnik k\u00f6kene sahip olabilir ve kendi ana dilini bilmesi elbette do\u011fal ve de\u011ferlidir. Ancak birey ana dilini bilmiyorsa bunun sorumlulu\u011fu devlete de\u011fil, o dili ya\u015fatmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olan aileye aittir. Devletin g\u00f6revi her bireyi ortak resm\u00ee dilde bulu\u015fturmak, kamusal alan\u0131 herkes i\u00e7in eri\u015filebilir k\u0131lmak ve millet olma bilincini diri tutmakt\u0131r. Ana dilde e\u011fitim tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, k\u0131sa vadeli siyasi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n arac\u0131 h\u00e2line getirilmemeli; akademik, toplumsal ve stratejik boyutlar\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak; T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ortak \u00fclk\u00fcde bulu\u015fturan en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc unsur T\u00fcrk\u00e7edir. Bu ba\u011flamda ana dilin aile i\u00e7inde ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 desteklenmeli, ancak devlet eliyle \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitimde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir uygulamaya gidilmesi, \u00fclkenin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve milli kimli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclmemelidir. Bug\u00fcn ana dilde e\u011fitim isteyenlerin yar\u0131n devletin \u00fcniter yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozacak isteklerde bulunmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir engel yoktur.
